The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding for Australians with disability. SupportPlace is a registered NDIS provider. We deliver supports in line with your plan and the NDIS price guide, including assistance with daily living, community participation, and flexible support when you need it.

You can contact us via our referral form or contact page. We'll discuss your needs, your NDIS plan (if applicable), and how we can support you. There's no ongoing commitment—you can book support as needed.

Our services are designed to work with NDIS plans, but we're happy to discuss options if you're not yet in the scheme or are exploring other funding. Get in touch and we'll guide you through what's possible.

We follow the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (the NDIS price guide). Our fees are transparent and aligned with these rates, so you know what you're paying for your supports.
